Dieser Bio-Senf reicht nat\u00fcrlich nicht f\u00fcr meine Produkte. Mein Versuch bewies mir, dass Bio-Senf in der Schweiz angebaut werden kann.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Zur Geschichte meiner Manufaktur:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Seit 1997 arbeite ich an der Perfektion meines Senfes. Anf\u00e4nglich stand mein Wunsch, ein neues Weihnachtsgeschenk zu kreieren. Als halb ausgebildeter Konditor-Confiseur verstand ich es, aus guten Lebensmitteln etwas besseres zu erschaffen. Nach verschiedenen Versuchen entstand mein Ur-Senf:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Aprikosensenf<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Danach kamen weitere Fruchtsenfe dazu:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Feigensenf und Zwetschgensenf<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Die n\u00e4chste Herausforderung seitens der Beschenkten stand an: Sie w\u00fcnschten sich einen sch\u00e4rferen Senf. Auch hier ging es erst nach vielen Versuchen weiter. Danach hatte ich sechs Sorten &#8211; jeweils eine milde und pikantere Variation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dazwischen verstrich sehr viel Zeit. Heidi &#8211; meine Frau &#8211; und ich zogen um. Der Belper Senf wurde zum Zofiger Senf. Zwei Zofinger Fachgesch\u00e4fte nahmen meine Senfe in ihr Sortiment auf. Die Reaktionen der Kunden spornten an, wieder in die Versuchsk\u00fcche zu gehen und neue Senfe herauszut\u00fcfteln. Einige Kundinnen w\u00fcnschten sich Senfe in Bioqualit\u00e4t. Die gr\u00f6sste Herausforderung stand nun an:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong> Bio Knospen Senf aus der Schweiz!<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Im 2008 brachte die Genossenschaft Biofarm selbst einen Biosenf auf den Markt. Im Jahr darauf schafte es eines seiner Mitglieder, gelben Bio Knospen Senf anzubauen. Ich bin auch Genossenschafter und habe darum angefragt, ob sie mir von diesem Bio Senf verkaufen. Gelben Bio Senf erhalte ich nun seit 2011. Braunen Senf erhalte ich seit 2017. Nun ist auch noch eine neue schmackhafte, hellbraune Senfsorte seit 2022 &#8211; aus der Ernte 2021 erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Im 2008 realisierte ich meinen ersten Internetauftritt unter www.senfshop.ch. Seit Februar 2011 stehe ich w\u00f6chentlich auf dem Zofinger Samstagmarkt mit meinem Bio-Senf.
